At Jadeli, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because phone cases must match a specific device model, we maintain a limited return and refund policy.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Refunds and Replacements
Customers may contact us within 7 days of delivery if they receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
If approved, Jadeli may provide, at our discretion:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund by bank transfer to an account you provide
2. Requirements for Claims
To request a refund or replacement, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Any other information reasonably requested by Jadeli
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be rejected.
3. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration caused by the customer
Jadeli reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, replacements, or returns will not be provided for:
- Incorrect phone model selected by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Normal croc-texture or color variations
- Minor visual differences caused by screen displays
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse of the product
- Refused or abandoned shipments
- Delivery delays outside our control
Because the croc-texture finish is applied to each case individually, small variations in texture, grain, and appearance are considered normal and are not defects.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Jadeli is not responsible for:
- Lost return packages
- Return shipping damage
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting:

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
7. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is:
- Refused by the customer
- Unclaimed
- Returned due to incorrect shipping information
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment requests.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer to an account you provide. For cash-on-delivery orders, please share your bank details so we can process the refund.
Refund processing times may vary depending on:
- Bank processing times
- Accuracy of the bank details provided
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Jadeli before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Refusal of future service
- Submission of supporting evidence to payment providers
